Repeat Prescriptions

medication4We aim to have your prescription ready for collection within two working days.

How to order repeat medication.

Tick the items you require on the repeat reorder slip on the right hand side of your prescription and then either drop this slip into the red “prescription post box” at reception or post your reorder slip to us. If you require your prescription to be posted back to you please ensure you enclose a stamp addressed envelope.

You can also use the online form on this page (please be aware that this request will be sent over the Internet) or fax your request to 01382 443859.

Please Note

We need you to provide your name, address, date of birth and the name of the medication you require (including strength) and your preferred method for collection.

Special requests for medication that are not on repeat prescription are dealt with separately and may take longer than 48 hours to process. Always ensure you have an adequate supply.
